This privacy policy sets out important information about privacy protections, which BaseCentral extends to your personal information. It relates to personal information that a Client has provided BaseCentral through any of their websites when subscribing to BaseCentral services including:-
Personal information -such as name, address, date of birth, telephone numbers, company details and credit card details- are collected to establish the best service to BaseCentral Clients.
BaseCentral collects information for the following reasons:-
- Set up the services purchased
- Answer Client queries
- Keep Client’s up to date with services
- Invoice and collect payments
- Identify Client’s when access or modification to service details is required.
Giving this information is fully optional. However the provision of services may not be possible without access to the relevant information.
The information BaseCentral collects from Client’s is strictly confidential and therefore will not be disclosed or passed on to any third parties without prior permission.
BaseCentral may need to pass on confidential information in circumstances which are required and/or specifically authorised by law.
BaseCentral welcomes any questions on the use of personal information when any doubts arise.
Client’s have the right to request access any of their personal information held by BaseCentral.

Client’s that use the BaseHost service may update or modify their confidential information using their Client Control Panel.
